Cancellation Requests
1.1. Customers may request to cancel their participation in a Course by contacting The Cooking Academy through the provided cancellation process on the website or by sending a written request.
1.2. The cancellation request must include the customer’s name, Course details (date and title), and a reason for cancellation.
Refunds
2.1. Refunds for cancellations will be provided according to the following schedule:
Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the Course start date: Full refund.
Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the Course start date: No refund.
2.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
2.3. The Cooking Academy reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees or charges from the refund amount.
