Customers may request to cancel their participation in a Course by contacting The Cooking Academy through the provided cancellation process on the website or by sending a written request.<br \/>1.2. The cancellation request must include the customer&#8217;s name, Course details (date and title), and a reason for cancellation.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p>2.1. Refunds for cancellations will be provided according to the following schedule:<br \/>Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the Course start date: Full refund.<br \/>Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the Course start date: No refund.<br \/>2.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.<br \/>2.3.
